Super Bert climbes high

On the oyster boat in the green back yard.

He flips twice in the air

And lands with a plop pretending the water is there.

Out of the sky

Anastasia and Corrina come swooping by.

Bert has not yet learned to land on his feet

So, he tumbles sometimes from up high.

Anastasia and Corrina scoop Bert up

As they hear a scream come rolling by.

No time right now

To tease their little brother.

Their Mother is in the kitchen

Screaming about something or other.

Donuts are strewn about

With bites taken out

Many are simply gone!

But the worst thing of all

That Mother is screaming about

The donuts with pink icing and sprinkles

Are all licked clean and tossed out.

The DonutMan is back in town

Taking donuts one after another.

There can be none of that.

The three little SuperHeros

Sisters and brother

Help one another

Flip into their SuperHero costumes.

They soar and roar as their father and mother

Weep that the donuts are ruined.

They look at each other with a little shudder

They smell that the DonutMan is around.

Down the SuperHeros dive from the blue sky.

Anastasia nabs DonutMan by the sprinkles.

Drags him up high.  Gives him a stare.

Drops him from way up there.

Corrina and Bert grab the donuts

Flying through the air.

Sprinkles scatter about

As they scoop and bag what is still there.

Super Corrina and Bert

Roll the DonutMan far away.

They put him where no tasty donut wants to stay

In the freezer to be saved for another day.

Anastasia, Corrina and Bert zip back

Carrying the donuts without bites.

The DonutMan is on ice

No more licks or bites or stealing donuts on dark nights.

The neighborhood is safe from the DonutMan.

So, the SuperHeros Anastasia and Corrina

Scoop up Bert and fly him around

To teach him how to land on his feet.
